 Nella Webster O'Grady, Advisory Board Member, is a principal with Palo
Capital, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm. She is responsible for
managing and initiating Palo Capital client relationships. Nella has over
thirty years of experience in providing investment management, trust,
banking, and financial planning services to clients throughout Southern
California. She has served in various senior management and client service
roles at US Trust, Wilmington Trust, First American Trust, and First
Foundation Bank. During this time, she has developed a deep understanding of
the services clients and their family members need to build and maintain
their financial security. Nella has served in leadership roles for many
Southern California non-profit organizations. She is currently on the Board
of Directors of Orange County United Way, the Board of Counselors for
Chapman University, the Pacific Symphony 100 board, the Advisory Board for
the Newport Community Counseling Center and the Advisory Board for Women
Investing in Security and Education (WISE). Other board roles and
involvements have included co-chair of the Woman's Philanthropy Fund,
California Art Club board of directors, Musical Theater West board of
trustees, the OC Baron's League of the American Cancer Society. Her
professional associations include the Orange Coast Estate Planning Council
and the Planned Giving Roundtable.
Nella earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration
from Chapman University and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from
California State University, Long Beach. She also holds the Certified
Financial Planner designation.
